About FEBC

Far East Broacasting Company is an international radio broadcasting organisation founded in 1946. Its primary purpose is to present the Good News about Jesus Christ in a compelling and tangible way to the people of this generation, regardless of their ethnicity, culture, language or belief system.

"Close to the Listener" is the guiding philosophy of broadcasting. This means that FEBC in partnership with its national agencies broadcasts in around 140 languages today. Programs are mostly originated in these languages by local broadcasters. Broadcasts are increasingly carried via FM and AM local stations but many services are still broadcast internationally via shortwave from stations in the Philippines and Saipan and via mediumwave from S. Korea.
